There is not an easier way to bake a tiered cake than with this shaped cake pan.  If you’re anything like me, you have a hard time getting each of your cakes to properly line up when making tiered cake.  Luckily, Hillside has come to our rescue and offered this great cake mold.

The possibilities are absolutely endless with this cake pan.  You can make simple tiered cakes, add ornate decorations, or dress it up like a pile of weights.  The choice is yours, but I recommend having this pan (or one like it) in your kitchen at all times.  It will come in handy!

Hillside Metal Ware makes all of their pans right here in the US, and you can expect restaurant quality.  These pans usually retail for around $25 at a restaurant supply store, but Amazon has them for under $20 right now and they qualify for free shipping if your order is over $25.

Head to Amazon for more details

Alternatively, you can check out eBay for the Hillside three tiered cake pan. They tend to have lower prices than Amazon. This is great when you only want to get the pan. If you’re planning on getting more than pan, Amazon will help you get everything that you need and have it all shipped to your house. Below you’ll find the current eBay listings for this pan where you’ll be able to bid on or buy them.

How long does it take to bake a cake in the 3 tiered cake pan (10 cup capacity)?

It’ll take about 40-45 minutes per tier to get it all baked. If you’re using a cake mix follow the instructions on the box. If you’re baking it from scratch bake for about 40 minutes and check. If the cake is springy to the touch and a toothpick comes out with crumbs instead of batter it’s ready to rock!
