Finding a monster truck cake pan is tricky business. There was one made a while back by Wilton and it was a very cool 3-D cake pan that was a huge monster truck. Unfortunately, that pan has since been discontinued so you’re either stuck with a replacement or having to track down the original. I’ve put together a list of some cake pans that might work as replacements, as well as real-time listings for eBay that will have the original 3-D cake pan if it is currently for sale.

Another place you can find the retired cake pans is at yard and garage sales, but tracking down the one that you need is like finding a needle in a haystack. I’ve made it a point to buy all of the cake pans that I see at yard sales so that I have them if I need them, but I still don’t have the 3-D monster truck cake pan.

There are two shaped cake pans on Amazon that are semi-suitable as replacements:

Wilton Fire Truck Pan – While this obviously isn’t a monster truck, it is big and a lot of fun. This cake pan is pretty easy to decorate and there is a lot space at the bottom of the truck for a happy birthday message.

Pantastic Truck Cake Pan – Here we have a truck that isn’t very “monster”. The good thing about this is that it’s a Pantastic cake pan so you can get it very inexpensively. These pans can also be used in the microwave!

If you’re set on the 3-D monster truck cake pan, the best place to find it is eBay. Check out the real-time listings below to see if it’s currently for sale. More often than not it’s for sale, so odds are you’ll get what you need.
