Mirro is a company that has created all sorts of pans, but none have been as successful or created as many imitators as traditional Mirro cake pans. The idea was so simple; make a long lasting cake pan that has a lid that doubles as a cookie sheet! It’s the perfect baking trifecta!

I have a hunch that when this style of pan came out it was passed off as a gimmick (like the brownie separator thing) but it really has stood the test of time. Now, they are still popular but hard to find. Most of the originals are still in commission because of their incredibly high quality, so finding them used is a big possibility. I want to show you a few places where you can get them from at great prices, without having to trod from garage sale to garage sale!

Amazon has a few of these pans that they keep in stock. Some of them are made by Mirro, and others are imitators, but they should all be quality cake pans.
