The Beehive Cake Pan by Nordic Ware is one of the finest cake pans available on the market. It is a one piece cake pan that has two molds that bakes two separate cake that when adhered together make a 3-D cake. There is also bee detail on the mold that really brings the cake to life.

Honey cakes are a Jewish New Year tradition and this cake pan is perfect for just that! Unfortunately, honey cake tends to fall apart so you may have to bake a couple of testers with different amounts of baking soda (try +/- 1/4 tsp. at a time).
